We are seeking a biology tutor to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance each model's quality.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of biology. A completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a remote position that can be full-time or part-time. You can choose your projects and work on your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+ USD, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD in biology or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in biology, reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems thinking.
