Qualifications

• Licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Biology Grades 9-12 preferred.
• Prior teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Implement Biology lessons and Project-Based Learning activities aligned with Massachusetts State Standards.
• Manage classroom affairs and adapt to diverse learners.
• Apply relevant technologies to enhance teaching and learning.
• Attend staff, team, and IEP meetings and contribute to committees.
• Collaborate with Minuteman educators to integrate Biology with CT E disciplines.
• Assist administration in implementing district goals and policies.
