Alignerr is seeking a Biology Masters - AI Data Trainer for a fully remote hourly contract. You will design biology questions to test AI performance, develop clear solutions, and evaluate outputs with rigorous reasoning. Remote, 10–40 hours/week, compensation $35–$55 per hour, no AI experience required.

You'll work with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level biology topics and contribute to high-quality data for AI labs.

Qualifications

• Masters (pursuing or completed) in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong biology reasoning and problem-solving across advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required.
• Prefers experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
