Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality, be punctual, communicate changes in work schedule in advance, and wear appropriate attire.
• Assist with lab setup, including making standard solutions and using lab instruments independently.
• Arrive 15 minutes before lab to ensure readiness.
• Assist students during lab and foster inclusive participation.
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed by self and students.
• Labs are cleaned and equipment returned and powered off after sessions.
• Provide clerical support, proofreading, photocopying, and filing; assist on additional projects.
• Grade lab reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
• Communicate your skills and availability in your application letter.
• Perform other duties as determined by the supervisor.
