We are seeking a Biology Instructor to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbots' progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance each model's quality.

Requirements include a strong understanding of biology; a completed or in-progress Masters/PhD is preferred but not mandatory. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to: Microbiology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, and Environmental Science.

This is a remote position, available on a full-time or part-time basis. You can select projects based on your interest and work on your own schedule. Compensation starts at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex biology problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI models' outputs.

Qualifications:

• A current, in-progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficiency in biology, inductive/deductive reasoning, experimental design, data interpretation, and systems-level thinking.
