Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $50.00/hr

Required expertise and qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Biology or a related field (can be currently enrolled)
• Research experience, such as peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions (strongly preferred)
• English proficiency in reading and writing with minimal errors

Bonus skills include AI model training experience, which is helpful but not required.

Payment details

Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on location, expertise, and performance. Higher rates may be available for PhDs and for higher-paying research projects. Rates may vary for initial onboarding, overtime, or incentive projects. Review specific project payment terms.
