MissionHires is seeking experienced contributors to design realistic biology and STEM tasks for frontier AI evaluation. You will create scenarios, prompts, and supporting materials that test model performance and safety, ensuring alignment with professional standards.

You will run tasks against AI models, compare outputs, and document strengths and weaknesses, while developing detailed rubrics and evidence requirements for correct responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 2+ years of hands-on scientific/technical work preferred.
• Experience with real scientific data and field-relevant tools (instrument data, lab records, simulation outputs).
• Strong experimental, statistical reasoning, and uncertainty assessment skills.
• Ability to write clear, detailed professional reasoning explaining analyses.

Responsabilités

• Design challenging, realistic biology and STEM tasks with scenarios, prompts, and supporting files.
• Run tasks through frontier AI models and evaluate analyses against professional standards.
• Compare model outputs from the same prompt and document strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop grading rubrics defining assumptions, methods, and acceptance criteria.
