Alignerr Corp. seeks a Biology Subject Matter Expert to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on advanced biology content. Your deep knowledge will shape how AI reasons through complex problems—impacting the future of intelligent systems.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract with flexible scheduling. Expect 10–40 hours per week as you design questions, craft solutions, and assess AI responses across undergrad to Masters-level biology topics.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or closely related field.
• Strong scientific reasoning and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains.
• Excellent written communication to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigor.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and asynchronously.

Responsibilities

• Design challenging biology questions to test AI reasoning and performance.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in advanced scientific logic.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Collaborate with research teams to refine benchmarks from undergraduate to Masters level biology.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI model outputs.
