Qualifications

• Master’s degree in the relevant field or Master’s with 18 graduate credits in related field.
• Minimum of one-year full-time teaching experience or equivalent.
• Higher education teaching experience preferred.
• Strong background in computers and technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to research and analyze data; work independently toward goals.
• Commitment to student success and inclusive classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Teach course load as assigned and evaluate courses.
• Meet established course, program and learning outcomes; maintain office hours.
• Advise, orient and assist with registration activities.
• Engage in scholarly and creative activities to enhance expertise.
• Participate in and assist with assessment activities, program review and student organizations.
• Support recruiting and retention efforts and represent the college professionally.
