Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Manager, Procurement – Single Use Technology, Biologics to join the Global Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Procurement team. This hybrid role can be based in Titusville, NJ; Cork, Ireland; or Zug, Switzerland, and involves strategic sourcing, supplier management and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen biologics material supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, CPIM or PMP are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and critical SUT supplier relationships and governance.
• Develop sourcing plans and negotiate terms to optimize total cost and value.
• Lead or support supplier reviews, performance improvements and contract execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure supply continuity, quality and compliance.
