• Master's degree in life sciences or engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years experience in Program Management in a regulated environment.
• 5+ years in commercial strategy, business management, project management, supply chain, sales, or marketing with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PM with site GM, Finance and leadership for annual plan and reporting.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and services to clients.
• Advocate client centricity and governance to improve performance, governance models and dashboards.
• Partner with site leadership to develop strategic priorities and career planning for team members.
