AVS Bio, Catskill, NY, is seeking a Packaging and Shipping Associate to join our team. This direct-hire, full-time role supports vaccine and biologics operations with a daytime schedule (7am-3:30pm) and occasional weekend work.

You will inspect eggs, prepare shipments, maintain records, and help ensure biosecurity and quality standards are met. Previous housekeeping or restaurant experience is valued, along with a high school diploma or GED and reliable English literacy.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English well; must be adept at maintaining accurate paperwork/records; computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Inspect and examine eggs prior to setting and/or packing for shipment; final packing of eggs and embryos and finishing to customer specifications including completion of paperwork.
• Review weekly allocation sheet for flock/pack assignments.
• Review daily/weekly incubation set/pack report for order processing.
• Re-inspect and assist in packing/setting eggs according to SOPs and customer instructions.
• Maintain and complete all required documentation and daily reports.
