Job summary

Zoetis in Charles City, Iowa is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the Weekend Shift to support biologics manufacturing in a regulated cleanroom. You will perform aseptic processing, set up and operate production equipment, and maintain cGMP documentation to support daily manufacturing goals.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and adherence to safety and quality procedures in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Perform aseptic processing activities while following cleanroom procedures and contamination control practices.
Execute manufacturing tasks in accordance with cGMPs, batch records, manufacturing directions, and SOPs.
Set up, operate, monitor, and tear down production equipment used during manufacturing operations.
Complete cGMP documentation accurately and maintain required department records.
Maintain inventory of materials and supplies needed for production activities.
Follow site safety, quality, and financial procedures.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support daily manufacturing goals.
Wear required cleanroom PPE, including Tyvek gowns and respiratory protection when required.
Participate in continuous improvement activities and perform other duties as assigned.
