Evotec (US) Inc. is seeking a site-based Senior Manufacturing Leader to supervise a team performing late-stage biologics operations, including cell culture and purification, using disposable-based technologies.

The role emphasizes on-the-floor leadership, day-to-day operating leadership, and strict adherence to cGMP standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in biological or engineering science with 15+ years’ experience and deep knowledge of process automation, equipment, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological or engineering science required.
• 15+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Technical mastery of cell culture, purification, and solution preparation operations.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing staff in late-stage biologics operations (cell culture, purification, media/solutions).
• Oversee day-to-day operations with disposable-based manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure staff training and compliance with written procedures.
• Support commissioning, validation, and cGMP systems.
• Provide regulatory and site inspection support when needed.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain equipment integrity.
