Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a Scientist to perform cell-based bioassays in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment under supervision. The role supports biologics, cell and gene therapies, vaccines, and other pharmaceutical products by generating high-quality data for development, stability and regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities include conducting potency and ELISA assays, maintaining mammalian cell cultures, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with GMP, GDP, GLP, and ALCOA+

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
• 1–2 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Must work in GMP/GDP/GLP environments and maintain ALCOA+ quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based potency and ELISA assays.
• Maintain mammalian cell cultures and prepare reagents, standards, and controls.
• Monitor assay performance using specified criteria and control charts.
• Support assay development, qualification, validation, and method transfer activities.
• Analyze data with bioassay/statistical software; evaluate dose–response curves and potency.

Education

Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related degree concentration
