AllerVie Health seeks a Biologics Coordinator for a remote, multi-location role, focusing on buy and bill management across clinics in VA, DC, MD and surrounding areas. You will steward patients on biologics, align operations with benefits and PA teams, and drive conversion to in-office buy and bill as a revenue-generating service.

• Strong understanding of buy and bill reimbursement models and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Experience with prior authorization processes and benefits investigation.
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management and Biologics Billing.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee enrollment and active management of patients on biologics drugs.
• Monitor eligibility changes and payer policy updates for buy and bill pathways.
• Collaborate with clinical teams on alternatives when coverage is an issue.
• Manage and monitor PA renewals to minimize gaps in therapy.
• Lead benefits investigations and payer-specific coverage analysis.
• Coordinate with pharmacy partners and patients to facilitate transitions to in-office buy and bill.
• Track conversion pipeline and report on metrics across locations.
