Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with portfolio management.
• Direct U.S. biosimilar commercialization experience required.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and identification of biosimilar products for the portfolio.
• Negotiate licensing, co-development, and co-promotion agreements.
• Build and manage strategic alliances with pharma, biotech, and research orgs.
• Partner with R&D, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to execute strategies.
• Develop U.S. market access and launch strategies for biosimilars.
