OneBlood in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Biologics Assistant (Manufacturing) to support manufacturing and distribution of whole blood and components following SOPs. The role operates on a night shift with possible schedule flexibility and requires strong data entry and quality control capabilities.

The position involves labeling, storage and shipping duties, inventory management, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements. Training is provided at multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior laboratory, bloodbank manufacturing or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand English.

• Ensures adequate inventory of required supplies.

Overview

Performs tasks related to the manufacturing and distribution (as needed) duties for the management of whole blood and blood components, in compliance with OneBlood standard operating procedures.

Position Schedule

This is a full-time position that will work 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM Sunday - Tuesday and 9:30 PM - 8:00 AM Thursday. Schedule flexibility is required.

Training Schedule

Candidate must be available to attend training Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for a period of 2-3 weeks. Training may be conducted at the Orlando, St. Petersburg or Jacksonville locations.

Shift Differential

Based upon when hours are worked positions may include a shift and weekend differential of $1.50 - $4.50 per hour.

Physical Requirements
