Job summary
A pioneering biotechnology company in women's health is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to lead the analysis of multi-omics data and contribute to the development of innovative therapeutics. This role requires strong programming and statistical modeling skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing sequencing datasets and a passion for advancing women's health through data-driven insights.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of hands-on experience in bioinformatics, preferably in biotech.
Proficiency in analyzing single-cell and bulk RNA sequencing data.
Experience with AI/ML frameworks and their application in analytics.
Responsibilities
Analyze single-cell RNA sequencing data to identify cell state transitions.
Integrate multi-omics datasets to define cell identity.
Support experimental design and statistical analysis for studies.
Skills
Analysis of high-throughput sequencing data
Programming in R and/or Python
