Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, molecular genetics, computer science, bioinformatics, or related field, required.
• MS degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related discipline, preferred.
• Experience in a Linux/Unix environment and familiarity with scripting and process automation (Python/Perl, shell).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements bioinformatics pipelines and workflows for genomic data analysis.
