Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Bioinformatics Analyst to analyze NGS sequencing data and optimize workflows for liquid biopsy projects. You will develop automated pipelines and support validation studies while collaborating with operations, science, and engineering teams.

Requirements include a BA/BS or MS in Biology, Computer Science, or related field, proficiency in Python, and experience in data analysis, visualization, and version control.

Role: Bioinformatics Analyst at a molecular diagnostics company focused on non‑invasive cancer detection using cell‑free DNA‑based liquid biopsies.

Responsibilities

• analyze NGS sequencing data, maintain and optimize existing workflows, develop new automated pipelines, collaborate with operations, science, and engineering teams, and support validation studies of liquid biopsy products.

Requirements

• BA/BS or MS in Biology, Computer Science, or related field
• proficiency in Python
