Job summary

Trauma Services in Manchester, CT is seeking motivated individuals to join our hands-on biohazard remediation team.

You will perform blood and bodily fluid cleanup, crime scene cleanup, medical waste handling, and hoarding remediation, with on-call and overtime as part of the role.

Starting pay is $27 per hour with paid travel time and significant overtime opportunities; candidates should be dependable, physically capable, and ready to operate PPE.

Qualifications

• Honest, hardworking, trustworthy.
• Good physical health; able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Able to work off-hours, on-call, and overtime.
• Own a mobile phone and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain a DOT card.
• Clean driving record; pass a Cori check.
• GED/HS Diploma or industry/military experience.
• Experience with demolition tools and PPE.
• Experience in Restoration, Bio-Hazard Clean Up or Construction.

Trauma Services is looking for highly motivated individuals who will join our team of biohazard remediation technicians. At Trauma Services, we provide families, businesses and homeowners with a remediation service that helps them put their property back together after a tragic incident.

Responsibilities

• Blood, death scene, and bodily fluid cleanup and removal
• Crime Scene cleanup
• Chemical substance/drug cleanup & removal
• Hoarding and squalor remediation
• Jail cell/cruiser cleanup
• Medical Waste/Needle pickup and disposal

Required Skills / Qualifications

• Honest, hardworking & trustworthy
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Good physical health, with the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and pass a breathing test
• Able to work off-hours, be on-call, overnight stays and expected to work overtime hours
• Versatile & handy, comfortable working with power tools
• Own a mobile phone
• Ability to obtain a DOT card
• Reliable transportation
• clean driving record, able to pass a Cori check
• GED / HS Diploma/ Industry Experience / Military
• Experience using demolition tools, personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Experience in Restoration, Bio-Hazard Clean Up or Construction industries

Compensation

• Paid travel time and starting work rate at $27/Hour (Depending on experience & job type). SIGNIFICANT OVERTIME OPPORTUNIES AVAILABLE.

Job Type
