Job summary
Roeslein Renewables, a division of Roeslein & Associates, seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee biogas collection operations, safety, quality, and efficiency at our Oregon facility.
You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, maintain schedules, and ensure biosecurity and safety standards compliance. Travel up to 20% to domestic projects and the St. Louis HQ.
The role emphasizes developing others, mentoring teammates, and partnering with EHS/HR to drive performance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of plant operations experience preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical docs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee biogas collection operations and maintenance at the facility.
- Direct daily tasks to technicians to optimize operations.
- Manage staff schedules and biosecurity compliance.
- Coordinate grounds maintenance and equipment upkeep.
- Support maintenance projects on major equipment.
- Enforce safety practices including lock-out/tag-out and PPE usage.
- Conduct annual appraisals of direct reports.
- Recruitment, training, and staff development support.
- Collaborate with EHS and HR departments.
- Travel domestically up to 20% to projects and HQ.
