Job summary

Manus Bio in Augusta, Georgia, seeks a self-motivated maintenance planner to lead all lab and facility maintenance operations at our Augusta site. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and coordination with internal teams and outside contractors.

The ideal candidate will plan and schedule maintenance across utilities, fermentation, and related systems, develop PMs, and report weekly KPIs. Strong communication and CMMS/SAP proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years' experience in maintenance planning.
• Excellent communication skills; both oral and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Requires effective time management skills, personal conduct, and change management abilities.
• Ability to effectively interact with co-workers, vendors, contractors and other business contacts.
• Must comply with Manus Bio’s core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintaining sound relationships among and with employees.

Responsibilities

• Safety focused: ensure safety is the first goal in tasks.
• Maintenance planning: plan activities across Manus facilities in Augusta and develop PM schedules.
• Maintenance supervising: oversee annual Site Shutdown and inspections.
• Outside services: manage service agreements and contractor coordination.
• Accounting procedures: obtain POs and process invoices in SAP.
• Documentation/recordkeeping: maintain accurate records and file structure.
• Work environment: adhere to safety standards in office and industrial areas.
