Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training or degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of facility maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, facilities management) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and building maintenance, especially in critical infrastructure or biocontainment facilities.
• Familiarity with biosafety, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Oversees Facility Maintenance Specialist staff, maintaining infrastructure and ensuring compliance with biosafety and critical infrastructure requirements.
• Establishes relationships with colleagues, contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Supervises maintenance staff, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and enforces safety and quality standards.
• Mentors staff, conducts evaluations, and develops growth plans for technical and leadership skills.
• Collaborates with Facilities Systems Supervisor to plan and complete maintenance operations without service disruptions.
• Serves as primary contact for facility users, delivering timely, professional maintenance services.
