Job summary

Telix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Bioconjugation Process Development and Manufacturing Lead to guide purification process development, technology transfer, and scale-up from development labs to GMP manufacturing. The role requires hands-on expertise with chromatography platforms, process scale-up, and manufacturing readiness.

You will lead purification campaigns, support GMP manufacturing operations, and work with quality teams to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum BS in science/engineering with relevant experience as applicable.
Hands-on purification process development and scale-up experience.
Experience transferring manufacturing processes into GMP facilities.
Experience in non-GMP and GMP environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and document downstream purification studies (chromatography, ultrafiltration, buffer exchange).
Lead technology transfer and scale-up of purification processes to GMP facilities.
Develop scalable purification processes from development to commercial manufacturing.
Provide hands-on operation and troubleshooting of ÄKTA systems in development and GMP settings.
Support GMP manufacturing operations, investigate deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Manage GMP bioconjugation activities with quality teams.
Provide technical leadership for process scale-up activities and manufacturing readiness.
