Job summary

Eurofins USA BioPharma Services seeks a detail-oriented analyst to maintain trackers for method establishment and stability programs, forecast workload, and generate data packages to support invoicing and project costing. The role emphasizes KPI development, cost-efficiency analytics, and client-friendly reporting across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a chemistry/biochemistry background, FDA-regulated industry experience, and strong skills in Lean Six Sigma, PM, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• BSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences or related applied science.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience working in an FTE team environment.
• Lean Six Sigma and Project Management methodologies.
• Proficient with process-improvement tools and techniques.
• MS Project, Excel and Windows-based applications proficiency.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tracker for all ongoing work (method establishment and ongoing routine/stability testing).
• Ensure tracker toolkit provides forecasting information for stability and establishment work.
• Generate invoice data packages detailing month-by-month spend per product and cost per project.
• Contribute to KPI and metric re-evaluation for quality, performance and cost-efficiency.
• Maintain and improve trackers/tools to capture data and KPIs.
• Create client reports summarizing metrics and providing insights per category/project.
• Develop tools to estimate utilization and life-cycle costs for projects.
• Create visual KPI presentations and monitoring for FTE resources.
• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with client staff.
• Perform all activities safely and in an efficient manner; perform other duties as assigned.
