Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–6 months of research or laboratory experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab procedures including buffer prep, cell culture, specimen processing, centrifugation, pipetting and sample prep.
• Manage mouse colony health assessment and related procedures.
• Document, store, and organize specimens per protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate lab records using electronic databases and tracking systems.
• Coordinate activities with clinical and other research teams.
• Monitor inventory and equipment; schedule repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, QA, regulatory and institutional guidelines.
• Maintain an organized, inspection-ready lab environment.
• Participate in trainings and mentor other lab personnel.
