The work
You will review and improve AI-generated scientific content. Your work will help create reliable training data by checking biochemical explanations, writing reference answers, and comparing model responses.
You will assess scientific reasoning as well as final answers. This includes checking calculations, experimental context, safety awareness, and claims that may be unsupported or misleading.
- Create prompts, gold-standard answers, rewrites, and reference content.
- Evaluate and rank AI responses for correctness, clarity, terminology, structure, relevance, and reasoning quality.
- Fact-check biochemical claims, mechanisms, pathways, calculations, laboratory advice, and interpretations.
- Review experimental explanations, figures, methods, units, concentrations, and data interpretations.
- Write precise feedback that shows clear and reliable biochemical reasoning.
- Cover topics including enzyme kinetics, protein structure, metabolism, molecular biology, genetics, and laboratory methods.
What it pays and takes
This is a remote, part-time contractor role. The role is marked entry level, but it requires substantial subject knowledge and at least three years of relevant experience.

- Helpful experience: Enzyme kinetics, protein structure and stability, molecular biology methods, metabolic pathways, laboratory protocols, scientific fact-checking, AI training, annotation, quality assurance, content review, or rubric-based evaluation.
About AI training work
AI training is the human work behind systems that learn from examples. Specialists review answers, write better examples, and point out errors so AI models become more accurate, useful, and safe.
