Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a laboratory professional to support cell culture, screening, and assay activities in a fast-paced environment. The role includes cell line maintenance, data analysis, and collaboration with internal and external clients.

The position offers full-time, day-shift hours with comprehensive benefits. Ideal candidates have a biology-related degree or equivalent lab experience, strong aseptic technique, and proficiency with Excel and lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cell culture supporting cell line generation - passaging cells, banking, expression studies (shake flask/bioreactor studies)
• Plate Screening – whole cell 96 well plate formats, hit picking/consolidation, antibody capture
• Equipment experience – cell counters, metabolite analyzers, titer measurement, liquid handlers
• Phenotypic suitability assays, flow cytometry analysis, and software analysis and reports
• Imaging automation and data mining
• Overall general lab support - order media/materials, restocking supplies, eLN documentation

Job Description

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full‑time year of college in a related major)
• At least 1 year of experience in the lab setting
• Strong aseptic technique
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Experience in molecular and cell biology lab techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Proficiency in IT‑related skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Additional Information

• Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM. Overtime as needed.
• Tasks require repetitive motion and standing for long periods of time.
• May be required to respond to off‑shift operational issues.
