100Hires, Inc. is seeking a QC BioAssay Analyst I or II for a 5+ month contract in Memphis, TN. The role focuses on cell-based immunological assays, aseptic technique, and accurate documentation in a fast-paced QC lab.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in biotech or related fields, with a Bachelor’s in biological sciences and strong data analysis skills. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, at 4600 E. Shelby Dr., Suite 108.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field required.
• 1–2 years of applicable lab experience in biotech, cell therapy, or related field preferred.
• Experience with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GLP regulations and good documentation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cell-based immunological in vitro assays and operate associated instrumentation.
• Review and document testing results with accuracy and maintain data integrity.
• Assist with trending data, report design, and communication of results.
• Support QC investigations, OOS, CAPA, and documentation workflows.
