Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a life science professional to perform cell-based bioassays in a GMP environment at our Indianapolis site.

The role includes qualifying and transferring analytical test methods, documenting results, and ensuring data integrity while communicating final results through electronic systems. You will collaborate with internal and external clients, learn new techniques, and adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science and 4+ years of related experience or MS degree with 2+ years.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
• Experience with reporter-gene assay and cell biology techniques.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate bioassays such as ligand-binding ELISA assays in plate-based format in a GMP environment
• Perform qualification and transfer of analytical test methods in the GMP environment
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/electronic notebooks and log books, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate final results through electronic systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and greater than 4 years of directly related industry experience or a MS degree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and 2 years of directly related industry experience.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Experience with reporter-gene assay, cell biology skills such as cell culturing, cell counting, cell banking; GMP quality system and lab operations experience
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, andapositive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Additional Information

• Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM.Overtime as needed.
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs
