Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a life science professional to perform cell-based bioassays and method transfers in a GMP environment. The role requires strong communication, meticulous data handling, and collaboration with internal and external clients while maintaining quality systems.

Responsibilities include documentation, data verification, and final result communication. This is a full-time position with standard hours and potential overtime based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and greater than 4 years of directly related industry experience or a MS degree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and 2 years of directly related industry experience.
• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Experience with reporter-gene assay, cell biology skills such as cell culturing, cell counting, cell banking, GMP quality system, and lab operations experience
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients, self‑motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

• Perform qualification and transfer of analytical test methods in the GMP environment
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/electronic notebooks and log books, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate final results through electronic systems

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs.
