Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a skilled scientist to perform cell-based bioassays and ELISA in a GMP environment, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting. You will qualify and transfer analytical methods, supporting a robust quality system.

The role emphasizes independent work and collaboration with internal and external clients, with strong emphasis on documentation and GMP compliance in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science with 4+ years of related industry experience, or a Master’s with 2+ years.
• Experience with reporter-gene assay and cell biology techniques (cell culturing/counting/banking) in GMP.
• Ability to work independently and with internal/external clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate assays (ligand-binding ELISA) in a GMP environment.

Job Description

• Perform cell-based bioassays and surrogate bioassays such as ligand-binding ELISA assays in plate-based format in a GMP environment
• Perform qualification and transfer of analytical test methods in the GMP environment
• Document laboratory work in notebooks/electronic notebooks and log books, perform data integrity checks, data verification reviews, and communicate final results through electronic systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) and minimum4 years of directly related industry experience, OR:
  • Master'sdegree in a life science concentration (chemistry, biology, or related fields) with 2+ years of directly related industry experience.
• Industry experience with reporter-gene assay, cell biology skills such as cell culturing, cell counting, cell banking; GMP quality system and lab operations experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with internal and external clients

Additional Information

• Position is Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00PM.
• Pay range: $25.00 - $28.00 / hour
• May be requested to work on weekends, overtime, and holidays based on business needs
