The ideal candidate will have experience in proteomics, metabolomics, or both, and will work closely with the manufacturing team to characterize our drug products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform mass spectrometry-based characterization of cell-secreted drug products and their manufacturing processes.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and operate HPLC systems and mass spectrometers, including Orbitrap and Tribrid MS instruments.
Develop and optimize MS workflows for proteomic and metabolomic analyses.
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to support process development, product characterization, and quality control.
Analyze complex datasets and interpret mass spectrometry results to ensure product consistency and quality.
Author technical reports, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices, particularly in a GMP or pharmaceutical environment.
Qualifications:

Graduate degree (MS, PhD, or equivalent) in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Hands experience with HPLC and mass spectrometry required. Advantage for experience with Orbitrap and Tribrid instruments.
Expertise in proteomics, metabolomics, or both, at any level of experience.
Strong background in HPLC operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with GMP regulations and pharmaceutical analytical environments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative research team.
Why Join Noveome?

Work in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative R&D environment.
Utilize state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and methodologies.
Contribute to groundbreaking research in secretome-based therapeutics, including the development of ST266 for NEC treatment.
Competitive salary and benefits package.
