Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Bioanalytical Scientist for an onsite 12-month assignment in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on executing analytical assays in a biologics lab and adhering to GxP guidelines, with data documentation and SOP compliance.

The ideal candidate will have ELISA and cell-based assay experience, strong communication, and a bachelor’s (or MS) in a life sciences field, plus 2–4 years of relevant analytical work, and authorization to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Required - Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or other related Science major.
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 2-4 years of analytical experience or M.S. degree.
• Large molecule experience
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Experience executing analytical assays in a biologics industry laboratory.
• Proficiency in diverse analytical techniques is required along with basic biochemistry laboratory techniques.
• Demonstrated experience with ELISA, cell-based assays, cell culture, qPCR, ddPCR techniques.
• Experience executing methods to determine potency, measure biological activity and/or process related impurities.
• Experience in GxP laboratory execution.
• Computer competency is essential with emphasis on spreadsheet-based software.
• The ability to adhere to strict guidelines when applicable is required.
• Ability to document and review data as per established company guidelines and SOPs and maintain laboratory notebook and record keeping under GxP compliance and guidelines

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm
Work Arrangement: Onsite
