Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent; MS/MA or PhD preferred.
• 3–5 years of related CRO/pharma industry experience.
• Understanding of GLP and regulatory study requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and basic lab calculations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nonclinical and clinical bioanalytical studies; manage studies and report data.
• Interpret and present study findings; ensure projects meet regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary scientific contact for key clients and support their programs.
• Design and optimize ligand binding assays (ELISA/ MSD/ Gyrolab) and related studies.
