Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biological sciences, chemistry, or a related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of bioanalytical assays.
• 2–3 years of project management experience in GLP, pharmaceutical, or CRO environments.
• Excellent communication and strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other computer skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills with multitasking.
• Professionalism, work ethic, and ability to communicate with external clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project progress (LCMSMS-based projects) and timelines.
• Participate in client project meetings and coordinate with internal departments to meet scope and budget.
• Coordinate data transfer specifications review.
• Prepare project summaries, trackers, and KPIs as needed.
• Collaborate with finance on invoices and revenue recognition.
• Support Management and BD team for new business opportunities.
