Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a detail-oriented Analyst with expertise in LIMS/ELN to support modernization of our global LIMS/ELN ecosystem. You will collaborate with PKDM-BA labs and vendors to define system requirements and drive data harmonization across sites, including California and Germany.

You will lead metadata integration, contribute to testing, validation, and documentation, and assist in training end users on the new platform, ensuring compliance with GxP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications

• Experience with laboratory information management systems in pharma/biotech.
• Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP.
• Experience with electronic data capture and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements for experimental data and metadata management.
• Lead integration of metadata from legacy systems into a unified LIMS.
• Develop test plans ensuring compliance with GxP and FDA CFR Part 11.
• Create documentation for requirements, processes, and data flows.
• Provide end-user training and cross-site collaboration.
