Qualifications

• Significant bioanalytical experience supporting drug discovery and development.
• Experience managing outsourced bioanalytical activities and CRO/vendor oversight.
• Familiarity with FDA, EMA, and ICH bioanalytical method validation guidance.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead bioanalytical strategies across discovery to clinical development.
• Serve as bioanalytical lead on cross-functional project teams and manage timelines.
• Identify, select, and oversee CROs and external labs for analyses.
• Ensure GLP/GCP compliance and support regulatory submissions.
• Mentor scientists and drive bioanalytical capability growth.
