Job summary

CellCarta Biosciences Inc. is hiring a Bio Sample Operator in Naperville, IL, to manage sample reception, storage, and shipments. You will ensure accurate data entry in the LIS and maintain tight control of inventory and temperatures.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, comfort with MS Office tools, and the ability to work Monday–Friday in a standard daytime shift. BIOSAFETY level 1/2 environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• MS Office and Excel proficiency required.
• Detail-oriented mindset with ability to work in a team or independently.
• Prior lab/pathology environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accession sample information into a Laboratory Information System.
• Retrieve/store samples electronically and at proper temperatures.
• Ships samples and supplies within the US and globally.
• Receive, log, and track inventory using the Laboratory Information System.
• Organize and prioritize workload to optimize workflow.
