Job Description Manufacturing Support Technicians – Lenexa, KS

We are currently offering full-time Lab Support positions in Lenexa, Kansas. These roles include benefits such as Medical, Dental, 401K, and paid time off—including holidays, vacation, and sick/personal days.

Details:

• Direct Hire with Benefits
• Pay rate: $21/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
  • Preference given to candidates open to either schedule
• Hours: 9 am – 7:30 pm
• Career progression opportunities at 6, 12, and 18 months with pay increases

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Follow manufacturing processes per USDA, OSHA, Safety, and company policies
• Manage inventory: ensure FIFO, order materials, perform cycle counts, dispose of expired items
• Confirm QA release of raw materials before production
• Thaw materials per protocols and document records
• Maintain inventory for lab equipment, gowning supplies, and ampoules; perform daily checks
• Record daily room temperatures; monitor storage tanks’ temperatures and levels
• Prepare labels and ampoules; inspect final products
• Clean and autoclave lab dishware; keep equipment organized by lab
• Follow cleaning protocols, update labels, and dispose of chemicals properly
• Maintain organized workstations and handle waste per protocols
• Work closely with other technicians and assist as needed
• Education in a related field is preferred but not required
• Manufacturing/production experience is strongly preferred
• Cleanroom experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to read, write legibly, and communicate in English
• Physical requirements include squatting, bending, twisting, and fine motor skills
