Job summary

Station Casinos LLC in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Bingo Department Manager to lead and direct all Bingo operations. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to policies, safeguard assets, and drive guest service excellence in a high-volume gaming environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, internal control compliance, and daily audits. The role requires proactive leadership, clear communication, and a solid understanding of gaming procedures.

• Conduct daily audits on Bingo games and operations; ensure compliance.
• Promote teamwork and lead by example within the department.

Manage, direct,and supervise all personnel assigned to the Bingo Department. ImplementBingo Department policies, procedures, and guidelines.Safeguard the Company's assets and institute and follow guidelines for controlling all funds and access to all sensitive areas.Handle Guest complaints in a manner consistent with Company guidelines. Schedule Team Members.Institute promotional ideas and obtain the best pricing for the Company.Able to budget appropriately and safeguard Company expenses. Promote teamwork within the organization and department.Set up and enforce guidelines to enable compliance with the Minimum Internal Control Standards. Able to conduct effective financial planning and forecasting. Conduct daily audits on all aspects of Bingo games and operations.
