Job summary

icreatives in Irving, TX is seeking an experienced Bindery / Production Associate to join our busy commercial printing team. This is a hands-on role focused on finishing, assembly and packaging of printed materials, onsite only in Irving. Pay rate is $18–$20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in bindery, print shop finishing, or production in a commercial print shop.
• Experience with collating, coil binding, assembling, and packaging printed materials.
• Familiarity with bindery equipment, finishing processes, and general print production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with repetitive production tasks.
• Able to work onsite in Irving, TX; remote work is not available.

• Assisting with general bindery and print finishing tasks.
• Preparing completed print jobs for packaging, boxing, and distribution.

• Keeping work areas organized and helping maintain an efficient production workflow.
• Working with the team to meet daily production schedules and deadlines

This is a hands-on production role focused on the finishing, assembly, and packaging of printed materials. You'll work alongside the production team to make sure jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and ready for delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collating, sorting, assembling, and organizing printed materials.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work efficiently, stay organized, and manage multiple production jobs.
• Dependable, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever production support is needed.
• Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical, hands-on production tasks throughout the day.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

This is a temp onsite opportunity working in the Irving, TX area, near the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. REMOTE work is not available.

Pay rate is firm at $18 - $20/hour based on experience.
