Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of working in a Bindery role.
• Minimum of 1 year of Bindery - Operator II experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and maintain assigned machinery.
• Lead and coach crew members.
• Troubleshoot assigned machinery to meet production schedule.
• Communicate effectively with incoming shift personnel.
• Train new Bindery Operators.
