Staffmark Group is seeking a Bindery Operator in Austell, GA to operate binding equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a fast-paced production environment.

You will follow job orders, set up and adjust machinery, and perform routine maintenance while supporting teammates to meet production standards and safety requirements.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, starting at 6:00 AM with competitive weekly pay and benefits, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain major binding equipment.
• Interpret orders, plan operations, and adjust equipment.
• Monitor equipment to maintain tolerances.
• Perform daily maintenance and lubrication tasks.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
