Job Description

• Night shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (additional $3/hr shift differential)
• Front End rotation: Monday-Wednesday, OT on Sundays
• Back End rotation: Thursday-Saturday, OT on Sundays

Responsibilities:

• Operate sheeting equipment
• Check for paper damages, ensure correct roll size, grade, and caliper before loading
• Properly unwrap, mount, and prepare rolls for splicing
• Monitor paper flow, prepare and install new rolls as needed
• Operate clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move paper rolls and finished skids
• Strap waste skids
• Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment, perform safety checks
• Follow occupational health and safety guidelines
• Report unsafe equipment and follow safety policies
• Maintain a clean work area
• Participate in special projects as assigned
• Follow ISO Quality Manual procedures
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications accurately
• Ability to calculate distances, clearances, and fits for sheeter machines
• Skill in using tools and devices to maintain machine accuracy
• Knowledge of paper stock quality and machining requirements
• Skill in machine setup and adjustments for finishing operations

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is $20.20 to $27.80 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
