Job summary

Perfect Communications is seeking an experienced bindery operator to join our team in Moorestown Township, NJ. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time roles across all shifts. You will set up and operate a range of bindery and finishing equipment, and cross-training is available.

Who You Are

Perfect Communications is seeking an experienced bindery operator to join our team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions on all shifts. This position requires the ability to set up and operate a range of bindery and finishing equipment, including cutters, folders, tabbers, inkjet units and stitchers. Preference will be given to candidates with experience on multiple types of equipment, but consideration will be given to those with experience on some of these machines and a willingness to cross-train.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate and troubleshoot bindery equipment, including cutters, folders, tabbers, inkjet units and stitchers.
• Read and follow job tickets and production specifications to complete jobs accurately and on schedule.
• Perform quality checks throughout each run and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on bindery equipment.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Communicate job status and any issues to supervisors and team members, including at shift changeover.
• Assist in all finishing operations as production workload may require.
