Candidates should have experience in industrial bindery, read work orders, and maintain quality while meeting daily targets. We offer steady, full-time shifts Monday through Friday with day and afternoon/evening options.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating industrial bindery or paper-folding equipment.
• Experience setting up, running, and troubleshooting Stahl B30 or similar folding machines.
• Ability to read and follow production work orders and job specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Heidelberg Stahlfolder B30 folding machines.
• Adjust machine settings based on job specifications, paper sizes, and folding requirements.
• Monitor equipment throughout production to ensure accurate and consistent folding.
• Identify and resolve machine jams, feeding issues, alignment problems, and other mechanical issues.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic preventative maintenance.
• Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with additional bindery and production duties as needed.
