Amsive in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking an Operator I, Bindery to support our high-volume print and mail production. You will set up and operate bindery equipment, read job tickets, and ensure cuts, folds, and bindings meet production schedules.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in bindery or print production, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail. High school diploma or GED required. Position offers growth and a collaborative team environment.

• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Maintain production efficiency while minimizing waste.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Collaborate with press operators, mailing teams, and supervisors to meet deadlines.
• Accurately complete production and quality control documentation.

Location: 605 Territorial Dr Bolingbrook, IL 60440

Work Hours: 6am – 2:30pm M - F, with expected additional hours/weekends mandatory.

Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour based on experience and skills

What we are looking for:

The Operator I, Bindery is responsible for bindery related activities such such as cutting and folding in our Bindery Department.

What you will be doing:

• Set up and operate bindery equipment such as cutters, folders, stitchers, inserters, and binding machines

Who you are:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team


• High School Diploma or GED required; experience can be considered

Supervisory Responsibilities: None

Work Environment: Position operates in a regulated manufacturing print/mail production facility

Physical Demands:

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours, with frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching


• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds


• Perform repetitive motions in a fast-paced production environment

Security Clearance: Amsive is a Federal Contractor, and this position may require government security clearance for certain projects.
